After years as an art instructor in the Chicago area, Rob is a permanent resident of Door County. His Studio and Gallery is located in the northern woods near Gills Rock and Newport State Park, an area of rugged beauty and a source of unending inspiration for much of his artwork. Rob includes plein air painting as an essential step in creating his bold, colorful oil paintings, and enjoys adding art trips to Europe and California to round out his outdoor painting experiences.
