Debra J. Groesser resides in Ralston, Nebraska. She received her BFA degree in art in 1978, and has also studied with Kevin Macpherson, Scott Christensen, Kenn Backhaus and Kim English. Debra is a signature member of the National Academy of Professional Plein Air Painters and Plein Air Artists Colorado, and an associate member of Oil Painters of America, the American Impressionist Society, Landscape Artists International, Nomadas del Arte, and American Women Artists.
