Daniel Aldana Oil California
Plein air painting is the
most exciting arena of realistic art. The artist is like an aerialist juggling
on a tightrope who has to get the composition, drawing, color, values, and
perspective just right; then hope that the wind, heat, cold, bugs, and wild
animals cooperate. If you can pull it
off within about two hours, it is as close as you get to real magic. Daniel
Aldana is an artist who currently works and lives in Irvine, CA with his wife
and two children (he also teaches anatomy and practices medicine). Aldana’s
work can be found at Roger’s Garden Art Gallery in Corona Del Mar, CA and
online at www.danielaldana.com.
